Trivia: Korv stroganoff is a common Swedish dish inspired by the Russian dish Beef Stroganoff, it uses sausage instead of beef. Tilde and Sara are making a variation called Strogge, it’s a delicious recipe made by my friend and colleague Lisa Medin. Sara probably learned the recipe from [this book], in which Lisa made a comic about it. Hopefully a English version will be available one day, since it’s a very good meal.
